Product introduction  

SQC series hydrogen purification unit uses electrolytic hydrogen as raw material.  Its processing capacity is 5Nm3/h ~ 5000Nm3/h, and can produce hydrogen with purity of 99.99%, 99.999% and 99.9999%, which can be used in electronics, metallurgy, chemical, glass, new energy and other industries.

Technical characteristics

1. Uses pd/pt deoxidation catalyst, the deoxidation

effect can reduce oxygen content to ≤ 1ppm. Under NTP, deoxidation effect can reduce oxygen content to ≤ 5ppm.

2. Molecular sieve is used. Large loading coefficient, high adsorption capacity rate. Product dew point ≤ - 75 ℃ .

3. Using sintered nickel pipe filter, the filtration efficiency can be up to 99%, the residual particle size after filtration is ≤0.3μm.

4. The purification working pressure is adjustable from 0.5 Mpa to 10.0Mpa, and the maximum processing capacity can exceed 15% of the designed value.

5. The amount of regenerated gas used is 5%-10% of the processing capacity, and the power consumption is zero. If the material gas regeneration method or three-tower process is adopted, the hydrogen waste is zero.

6. Complete after sale service, compact structure, easy to maintain. Fully automatic operation with PLC or electric meters.
