SQH series NTP gas recovery and purification unit (hydrogen recovery, nitrogen recovery, hydrogen/ nitrogen mixture recovery, etc.) is a new product designed for energy saving and environmental protection. It is developed and produced independently by SSHE. It can be used for nonferrous metal industry reduction furnace hydrogen recovery, chlor-alkali chemical industry hydrogen recovery, metal products industry annealing furnace nitrogen/hydrogen mixture recovery. Its gas recovery and utilization efficiency is high. It can save a lot of electricity and energy for non-ferrous industry, salt chemical industry, metal products and other industries. The product has been successfully used in tungsten, molybdenum, nickel, chlor-alkali salt chemical, metal products and other industry at home and abroad, and is well received by users.

Technical characteristics

1.  It can automatically refill fresh gas after reducing pressure, according to the consumption of gas.

2. It can secure system pressure balance. The fan is designed not to pump negative pressure. It ensures that the reduction furnace or caustic soda electrolyzer work normally.

3. The scrubbing tower designed by SSHE can fully wash dust particles and corrosive gases.

4. The unique process designed by SSHE can effectively solve the problem of the high oxygen content in hydrogen produced by salt chemical factory. After purification , the recovered hydrogen has an oxygen content of 5 PPM, and a dew point of -60 ℃
